Guacamole Sauce

Guacamole is a Mexican avocado sauce. The name "guacamole" comes from two words: ahuacatl (avocado) and molli (sauce). A thick, aromatic, and hearty paste that is universal. This sauce is excellent for lean meals, can be a standalone appetizer, and suits many dishes as an appetizer, sauce, or side. Mexicans are not afraid to pair it with the most varied ingredients. It is most often used with tortillas, flatbreads, toast, potato and corn chips.
